There's a lot to like about this game - I love the concept, the artwork is pretty good and the storyline starts off well.

There are a few points I like less

• Some of the base game concepts could do with being explained better. I got absolutely nowhere until I figured out that being 100% hungry isn't an automatic death sentence and could spend some time working on other attributes. Repeating named events doesn't attract the same bonuses (for example prostitution special clients pay well, but only the first time), which should be called out. Starting down a profession often closes off other activities, which was a bit of a surprise.
• The game balance is pretty harsh, making it quite grindy. The amount of money you can make via pretty much any activity is barely enough to cover the cost of blood bags.
• I'm not clear on the difference between actions that are shown as ??? and those that are grayed out
• Some of the actions have attribute requirements associated, but don't seem to correlate that well with the character stats page

Anyway, I'm very interested in seeing where this project goes.
