It seems great so far, my only sticking point is the morality system. Being kind in situations that call for it and being angry or forceful in situations that call for it are signs of a well adjusted human. Rolling over to be 'selfless' are not and neither is degrading everyone and anything. Yet if you don't go all the way on either you are locked out of options, they may not be too important overall but in the moment it feels as though the player is punished or missing out. If you want a person to play as they would like to rather than picking options for metagaming purposes you may want to think of a solution that isn't so dichotomous.
