I really enjoyed playing Scurry! I love that it encourages play one session at a time, with the possibility of a rotating cast of players and characters. The quick start goals make it easy to just get going with a game fairly quickly but there's also good guidance on creating your own goals.

There is some beautiful art and layout work inside, and is very fun even just to read through! Definitely recommend checking it out!
