Very short game, leans more into comedy than horror. Very light and digestible humor. Great art style.
The game's story could've been longer, though I don't complain about it much, given the price. It also leaves a lot of questions unanswered, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, as it is enough to encourage speculation. However I feel it would've been easier to be more invested in the story if it were longer.
The humor is great, with it being lighthearted enough to be enjoyed by a wide group of people. The horror aspect is a bit lacking, though not due to the art, as it fits phenomenal to this horror-comedy setting. I think the main problem here is, again, the length of the game.
A little annoyance is that the character settings aren't saved, so one either has to create their own character over and over again for each playthrough, use the savestate-function (which feels a bit counterintuitive for a game of this length) or just roll with the default character. Thankfully it mainly changes superficial things, such as the character's design and some names.
There are some classic Ren'Py UI elements, but the UI art itself does let the game set it visually apart from other games made in that engine. (Not saying that default UI art makes a product inherently worse, but just like overused stock assets, it sort of subjectively devalues the experience.) Overall the art is very polished and looks just great.
