Genuinely spooky, and well worth playing with the lights out. 

After one playthrough, it certainly seems like choices matter a lot, and that the ending could change quite a bit (partly because of what happens and partly because of some exposition that could be less on the nose). I am not gearing up to play again right away, but I am certainly curious.
