It's another one of those fetish-dump text games, but it's nowhere near finished and is long-since abandoned.
Leveling doesn't seem to do anything, the UI needs a bit more info, you can't tell what items are for until you use them (and even then it's kind of a guess), and so on.
What IS here is a bit interesting I guess, but there's just so little content and you might as well go play another game from this genre like Noone's fatty text adventure or Lilth's Throne or whatever.

One thing I have to give the game huge props for is that you can turn off certain fetishes, and the ones you can't turn off are all labeled, so a monster you're fighting might say "inflation" and "gas" or something and that means it has both scenes involving inflation and involving gas.
