Simple, straightforward, brutal. Quick to play and smooth to manage. All the rules are explained in a handful of pages, with ten more dedicated to character creation. Also, i like very much how Exploration is handled (moving in a Scenario, via Zone and Links). All in all, this is a quick read - you can skip the 12-pages spell lists (unless you roll a character with the "magician" background) and the 21-pages Enemies section (unless you are a GM, that is).
