It delivers what it promisses: a simple cyberpunk system to streamline the mostly crunchy titles of the genre. Although, somteimes it feels too simplistic. It would be nice to create some class/archetype/background system to give characters some unique abilites. Rules for vehicles, in my opinion, are as essential to the genre as hacking rules, so they should be included in the game.
