Extremely buggy and crude. It's not possible to double-click each of the sliders to reset them to 0, it requires either manually dragging them exactly to 0 or right clicking to open a new box then typing 0 and then hitting enter.
There's no Help button or controls page at all even though it's a paid app, when it's not performing correctly you're on your own to figure anything out. Ditto with any controls or hotkey ability to choose what buttons or mouse controls should do.
Many times I import an image and the anchor-point (needed to actually make things work) is impossible to move around, it just drags the entire image around instead, making the program useless when I want to make the top-half or bottom-half of an image wobble instead of the whole thing.
The author lazily decided not to let users do the sizes we want, instead it's limited to 512x512 even though current graphics cards can handle even 4096x2160 or bigger images with no problem. The philosophy is just to ignore the paying customers rather than editing a few lines of code that would make the tool useful for them.
If the tool was free, it would be impressive, but for $20 such a buggy and bad user-experience is not satisfying.
