Great game that builds a lot of suspense and knows how to hit you with the final stage. I feel like you could increase the poison timer a little, three of my five deaths happened when the tape animation was taking place and I felt like I was reacting as quickly as I could in most cases. A brightness/gamma slider would be nice too, as it was a little too dark in places for me.
