It's not bad, the renders are okay and so are the characters, but otherwise the rest isn't great.
The story's decent but not crazy, the dialogues aren't great and aren't at all natural for the most part, the MC is a bit stupid at times, the animations are very robotic.
Some things are a bit sloppy, and should have been explored further. For example, Valentine's psychiatrist sessions are very cliché, the information on the origins of French fries is erroneous, the notion of how to run a bar and a business is that of someone who doesn't know anything about it, and so on. The writing leaves something to be desired, and that's a shame, because the story isn't too bad, but it doesn't go deep enough when it comes to dialogue.
The characters aren't very interesting, none of them really stood out for me because their personalities are rather vague and generic.
In short, it's worth three stars. It's playable, but I never got hooked on this novel, and yet Valentine's introduction foreshadowed something good.
