Great experience, great animations, faithful to the rogue-like  with lots of fun items and equipment. Adds its own flair and gamifies the sex mechanics. Technically you could play to the end of the current game without fucking any of the monsters, which for me means that you can really play at your own pace. Even writing this review I'm just waiting for the next update so I can play a new run and see the new content.

Highly recommend a quick try, I just can't bring myself to give 5 stars because there just isn't enough content yet.
