Honestly, this includes some good reminders for people who might mean well but either haven't been explicitly taught this or haven't thought about how to apologize in a while. Most of the examples are on the more egregious end, fitting the tone of the zine, but lots of people fall into common apology pitfalls in smaller ways and could use the reminder.
