This, dear fans, is a city-builder-community-survival game like very few. The citizens actually behave and pay attention, not running off to kill themselves like in other games. I left a star out because it is still in beta, but I am pretty sure it's going to go to 5.
Further, I want to thank this game's creator, for inspiring me to explore other city-builders. In Odd Realm, there isn't a fear of sudden or spiraling failure. Production is logical, easy to initiate and the citizens just follow you orders- like they damn well should.
Since playing Odd Realm, I have gone on to dig deeper into Songs of Syx, Dwarf Fortress and Clan-folk. Though I am sure for Rimworld and Civ, that's going to take a little more time.
