Dr. Thornheart continues his quest into the maddening depths of the Forest, this time to help a family investigate a series of livestock killings. But the days get longer for the good doctor, and with them, the worse things get - for him and everyone else.

Freed from the previous two games' game jam limitaitons, this game is able to take Dr. Thornheart's latest escapade to the next level. More, better story, exploration is more interesting, and the characters are very well developed, especially compared to the previous two games. 

While, naturally, playing all the games in the series in order of release (with the exception of The Well Speaks To Me's eventual remake, as that is the first game in the series) helps give context to things, feel free to jump in here if you want to experience Dr. Thornheart's adventures at their best.
