Really nice idea! I think there is potential in it, so here are my suggestions:

• Currently it is not immediately clear what is clickable and what is not. It took me a while to figure out I can move the "train reversing" blocks.
• I think the "Reset" button should not reset everything, but it should reset it to the position when I started the simulation.
• You can add a visual indicator to the front of the train (such as a white line) to make it clear which direction it is facing. Because the window is small, it is hard to tell otherwise.
