A nifty tool for low poly makers looking for a specific look harkoning to an older, simpler but no less entertaining game art style that revolutionized the game industry as we know it. Despite my original hesitation, I decided to give this a chance. It's short, straight and to the point. In its simplicity, I found it to be more than useful when it comes to not only learning about 3d modeling but also experimenting with concepts. 

The best thing about this tool is the extremely small file size while making your art or models for your work/personal use. You could draft an idea here and take your time to texture it and then export to your chosen game engine for experimenting with your game development, without having to sacrifice performance required to have your character.

It's a small tool, but a fun one. There's several youtube videos out there that explain how to handle different shapes and concepts. The fact you can easily see your texture and import textures is a definite plus.

I highly recommend this for those looking for a dedicated low poly modeler or for those trying to make models in 3D but don't have the excess money or computer normally required to do so. It's not too tech intensive and easy enough for beginner and advanced modelers alike to pick up after playing with it.
