good start! i like the eerie vibe this creates, and i think with some more development this could make a really unique suika-like.

i do think the gameplay suffers a little in a few ways, though. the width of the box makes the game a bit easy, and the piece you drop can be just one away from the end, which trivializes a lot of the work of building up. also, it would be nice if something happened when two heads collided.

i hope the dev keeps working on this project and fleshes it out.
