Enjoyable, but the new Beth content with her brothers I feel was fumbled hard. Never try to bring in realism into a fetish game unless you're planning to make it a depressing deconstruction. Aubrey is absolutely a bad influence on Beth and responsible for the majority of her weight gain, and it is 100% not healthy to be that morbidly obese. Up until Beth's fitness-minded brothers come in and shine a spotlight on it, we're able to just ignore that as a conceit of the game's premise. Aubrey herself wouldn't even be able to walk under her own power if it weren't for shady experimental body modification drugs, and depending on what choices you've made, she is responsible for fattening up multiple other women by getting them addicted to drugged hot dogs or just outright drugging them, or possibly even murdering several women via cat girl vore, so she really has no moral high ground.
