A sweet, wholesome game. I love how Our Life takes your character into account. In particular, I was impressed at how considerate the game is if you play a trans character. It's not just one choice and it's forgotten about, but the game really acknowledges it in a kind and affirming way.

Cove is such a charming love interest, too. It's sweet to see how he grows as a person. Some of his traits carry over from the various life stages (like his shyness) and other new facets of his personality show over time (like his growing passion for protecting the ocean). It's an authentic portrayal of growing up with someone, how time changes us.

Also, beyond the incredible writing - the art, the music, and the UI are all wonderful and help contribute to the nostalgia. 1000000/10 would romance my childhood best friend again.
