I have been playing for quite some time and can't seem to advance my relationship with any of the girls. It just stays at 0 hearts. I even restarted and focused on one girl exclusively and still not progress. 

My only other issue is it seems there is a bit of an excessive requirement on sandboxing. I'm fine with light sandboxing 4-5 times for progress but any more than that I start to feel distracted from the story and begin to lose interest. This may be just me but it's also hard to tell since I don't see any heart increases to know if I'm actually getting anywhere with any of the girls other than events which seem to be timed rather than relationship dependent.

With the negatives out of the way I must say I like the story just as much as the first one. Character development is significantly better than the first game and I am liking many of them.

I will keep playing the game and hope the issue with the hearts gets fixed/resolved.
