Luca Carminati has the habit of updating arcade classics to get them out of the arcade context (where a game had to be very hard for more profit) to adapt them for home usage, and he does it brilliantly.

Here, Lady Pac follows the tracks of Random Pac by the same author, adding randomization to Ms. Pac-Man but also a lot of fine tuning to make the game more fair and more pleasant to play. The core qualities of Ms. Pac-Man are still there, but they're not hindered by repetition or arcade quirks, making this the best version of the game in my opinion.
