Temmie Chang is already reknown for co-creating Undertale, but with that aside, Escaped Chasm is original, though tapped from the same inspirational vein as games like ONESHOT, and the works of DeepSeaPrisoner. 

Simple and innocent art style's betrayed by sinister intent and whatnot.

Though quite short, it apparently is so because it serves as a practice-run in RPGMaker for Temmie, and as a promotional pitch for future possibilities. 

All in All: We've got the hook, we've got the line, we've got the sinker. Only time will tell if it catches or not.

Who knows, we might get that shiny new FURRY GARBAGE sequel in due time.
