Love the music, the controls are easy to pick up, and the artwork is so great! I love the concept of being a little pill guy inside a sick persons stomach haha. I'd love to see this game idea explored further, adding some enemies, obstacles, and maybe checkpoints and stuff. Really enjoyed it! :D
