This was such a fun game!
The stealth elements were done very well.
I actively wanted to avoid the monsters thanks to their creepy designs and the startling sounds that they made.
The save points were also a nice touch, too. It's been a long time since I've seen anyone actively utilize something like that, but it added to the anxiety of the gameplay (in a good way).
Death was a very unwanted outcome just in case you get sent back to a spot you don't want to be in, but the fact that you can save after getting keys and such instead of just hitting some sort of checkpoint where you might have to go back anyhow was very nice.
It was also wonderful that there was no real way to get stuck in the game even if there is a setback! I appreciate games that are designed so you can't get totally stuck and fail.
Honestly, it was all planned out very well.
On top of that, the designs were excellent. The characters were memorable and adorable, and the monsters were definitely scary.
I was very glad to get a chance to play Morfosi.
