It's a quite minimalistic game: All it has is the core mechanic of the blowjob simulator and nothing else. There are a handful of different penis types (the usual furry suspects), with what seem to be randomly-generated colors. They emerge from a glory hole. You suck them and try to satisfy them. If you do, you are rewarded with more locations and more sexy actions you can perform---all still variations on a blowjob. That's it.

Not super complicated---and it's been in an unfinished state for ages---but it works pretty well, honestly. Definitely the best blowjob simulator I've seen.

But don't buy the $10 version; it's not enough better than the free version to be worth it. Maybe if they ever finish it properly it'll be worth the full price. (Based on what the dev posted on Fur Affinity, my guess is that won't happen any time soon.)
