Awesome reverse survivors game made quickly. I do so verily love it!
Only major issue I have is the difficulty trying to parse, space, and collect over a wide area. It's not so bad when near the entrance/focused on one area , but, especially when opening a chest (which locks you around it, some multi opens even keep the game running), it can be very busy and hard to manage.
I imagine this is probably just limitations of the time constraint and design itself though. Possible ideas around it (considering progression system; will it include a slot system?) could include spawners (limited number), multi-summons (increased cost), a slime with every minion, "(mini-)bosses" that gives buffs similar to thieves opening traps, different maps, debuffer units (slow, damage down, poisoners), and map effects other than units. Alongside keybinds, like a collect all (even if with a cd, it'd help so much), quick units, and a map shifter (since it can be dangerous to change screens if enemies are beyond your front line) to pick up gems and chests a bit further back.
I think it's awesome what was done so quickly and look forward to what future improvements/games y'all develop.
