Very minor complaint but if you are going to have only 1 option in the "extra" section, maybe you should just have that option in the menu.
Clicking extra just to see credits is weird.

I gotta say, this game is hella trippy, I have no idea what anything is, where I'm going or what is expected of me, maybe the expectation is just seeing what fantastical nonsense happens next?

Then I walked into the desert, saw some Colossus looking things and ran for what felt like forever, to the point that I had started to think it was infinitely generating...it was not, then a sandstorm blurred my vision and I lost sight of the thing right in front of me, AGH!

Don't think I am the target audience for this kind of game so I will give it a neutral rating for now.
