A lovingly crafted sci-fi story that explores -so much-.

For me, Hearts Faster Than Light, hits a deep place of late 90's sci-fi as depicted in the video games and anime I grew up on. 

This was a time when I was a queer kid living in the middle of a cornfield, and this new 'internet' thing was an outlet for me to finally talk to other people like -me-.

The unabashed way that Arcadia approaches gender and sexuality in this story is such that it's just a non-issue. It's just accepted that folks are fluid, and people love.

I wish I'd had the opportunity to read this when I was younger. A+++, much love.
