Rather than rate the game, "Our Life Beginnings and Always", and every DLC  separately, I hope it's okay to put all my praise here. In short, I only have good things to say about this game and all its DLCs. I'm also super excited for the sequel, "Our Life Now and Forever".

I first stumbled upon the base game "Our Life Beginnings and Always" in 2020/2021. 

It is hours of comfort, entertainment, and connecting with characters that feel human and relatable.  It is hours of building your own original character and life (through the game) in a way that feels natural and fun. It has calming music, heartwarming voice acting, and is chock full of funny moments.

"Our Life Beginnings and Always" means a lot to me for all the reasons above and for the fact that I have been able to learn from it at many changing parts of my life already.  When I graduated high school, when I was discovering my gender identity (this game always allows me to experience gender euphoria I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate that), and when I finished the work for my degree. Cove's amazingness is also helping me improve my perception of my own autism.

"Our Life Beginnings and Always" helps me see the beginnings in the parts of my life when things are changing. It's a safe inspiring space I can return to always. Where I can have endless beginnings.  

The base game is wonderful and satisfying. The DLCs all add more of the same things I love about the game. My gratitude to the developers of this game began long ago and it will stick with me always.

I cannot thank you enough for giving meaning to statements like:

 "the more things change the more things stay the same" (Thank you Kyra and Cove for saying this and putting it in context for me) 

"One time, my brothers and I found a whole pie" (Derek is so sweet)

"I want to be liked but I don't want to be important" (You can't escape being important Baxter)

"The guy with the eyeballs!?" (Jude is so sharp and funny)

And so many more that will stick with me now and forever.
