Pros:
-most detailed hunting I have seen in a game
-awesome lore, just enough fantasy elements to not negatively affect realism
-detailed nature and weather simulation
-mostly realistic combat system
-dynamic, randomly generated, huge open world: no matter how long you play, this game has something new for you
-the game is constantly under development: new features, new ways to play

Cons:
-bugs can get annoying sometimes: I haven't had anything game-breaking but since a charecter only has one life unless you backup your saves they have made me rage-quit
-pixelated graphics: might be hard to see what's going on on the screen
-the game is constantly under development: new bugs, old ways to play may become unfeasible
