I've played this game a few hours elsewhere. The real stumbling block is right at the beginning. Surviving long enough to get your base started before you run out of oxygen. Beyond that it's between fair and dull. I say this as someone who enjoys management games like this. They have a good tutorial that makes it seem easy to get up and running, until it's put in practice.
