I felt it wasn't bad, I don't regret buying it. Certainly a step above your average RPG maker fare. But it could have been a lot better.
+The art style is definitely a bit better than the first game, it's going in the right direction at least.
+The combat system was interesting enough to make me want to keep playing instead of just looking for the CG.
+The length felt about right, if it had run much longer it would have overstayed its welcome.
+Everything was easy to understand and explained well.
-The pacing of the battles is too slow. I feel like not every. single. attack should be a QTE. Also because the battles take so long, you take a ton of damage just from 1-2 fights and have to constantly leave to heal. Money being required for upgrades makes items feel too costly.
-There are way too many useless skills. Sister is virtually useless outside of boss fights (too slow, nothing but single target damage abilities), while Kat's gimmick doesn't really pay off until you have her group damage abilities. The player should never feel like basic attacks are the best option 90% of the time.
-There's not enough lewd stuff to be...satisfying in that regard. More variations on the in-battle portraits would have gone a long way there. Just felt like a big tease that never paid off.
Overall though, some good ideas and decent execution. I would certainly take a look at future projects of yours.
