Perhaps I am too much of a layman to appreciate it, or I'm a victim of my own laziness or expectations by only playing through it once. After learning the general idea behind the game's creation after finishing it, I thought the execution of that idea was somewhat lacklustre. It's competently put together and by all accounts, perfectly fine as a game and experience. But I don't think it succeeds in what it sets out to do, and the experience I found somewhat run-of-the-mill. My run through it, at least, ultimately ended in a very unsatisfying climax which greatly spoiled the otherwise very interesting and tense experience.
Again, I want to iterate, it's good. Just not in the way it (or I) would like it to be.
