Twas a fun little visual novel! I read your post about how much you had to cut down the story and I truly felt like it was such a shame because what you explained sounded really interesting! The story itself has a lot of promise, especially with the flowers and betrayals that would happen because people are naturally greedy and would do horrible things in order to satiate that greed of theirs, it's the sad part about life. I'd also love to see how Kyle would have grown with MC by his side, especially if MC still wanted to go home and had to learn about everything about this world, effectively making both Kyle and MC reliant on each other (Kyle needing a support system because he effectively lost everything and MC literally being new to this world and harboring secrets from Kyle).

I'm excited to see what you would do given more time, energy, and resources! Good job on this small little visual novel, the ideas were certainly interesting and intriguing!
