Customizing the face was very difficult since I couldn't easily zoom in on it.  Customizing the body was uncertain since she didn't stand up.  I don't know why the male character is bald.  After spending several minutes customizing the woman, only then did I learn that customizations wouldn't stick unless I bought an upgrade; then, in-game, she just looked like the sample woman.  That said, the house was well-done, and the animations were, too.  If the game had a story, I'd be more interested.
