Nice solid game.  Here are some friendly suggestions.

The graphics have a slight mismatch.  The assets seem slightly incompatible (the proportions are off; the heroine's head is large compared to the proportions or style of the skeletons and the bystanders).

The jumping isn't bad, but it could use some additional tweaking and balancing.  Particularly at the tops of ladders, the jumps are perhaps too large.

The controls could be refined a little: The instructions say to press <T> but in the game pressing <C> is what allows for interaction with signs and bystanders; it would also be nice to jump using the <up arrow> or <w> key, instead of <spacebar> (on or near a ladder the heroine would ascend the ladder when <up> is pressed, and otherwise the heroine would jump when <up> is pressed).

Music is good, but maybe it could switch to another jingle / loop as progression occurs to new screens, just to add a little welcome variety.  Like a scary music theme when there are skeletons, and a intro music theme matched to the intro section of the game possibly.
