This was rough. I can tell there was a lot of effort put in, but the game made no sense. Even with the book of explanations I had no idea what was going on in "battles", and I beat the game by spamming space bar (after I got through 2 battles without doing anything because I didn't know how to interact). Also, the dialogue was bad: constant typos and trying way too hard to be funny.

Keep making games though, you have promise.
