EDIT: Everything I complained about in this review was implemented. The movement is cleaner and crisper. You can now walk while casting every ability, and dashing feels clean and responsive. This game is a 5 outta 5!

This game is sick, and I want to enjoy it so bad, but it has one problem: I HAVE IRON BOOTS ON! Set me free damnit!! Just let me move and cast spells at the same time. You can make the movement speed reduce by half, just don't make it so that I have to completely stand still to cast most of the spells. It feels MISERABLE! I honestly love the game otherwise and would like to play it more, but I feel stifled by the fact that I have to give up my ability to dodge enemy attacks in order to cast fireball.
Along the same line of thinking, I would personally make it so that the dash and other movement abilities will cancel cast animations. If I'm alternating between left-click and shift, I want to attack-dodge attack-dodge over and over again, but what usually happens is the dodge input gets eatin up by the attack input 75% of the time, so I usually only dash every 3rd attack or so. Personally, I think that if I am mid-attack animation, I should be able to cancel the animation with a dash and still also cast the spell. This would make the game feel SUPER fluid compared to how stiff it feels now.
Again, this game is incredible. I just wanna actually be able to move damnit!
