I cried happy and sad tears with this game.  I enjoyed the game and the puzzles, and I even enjoyed how much it paralleled my experience with depression.  The Hell ending was especially very well done.  I also loved that the good ending wasn't getting outside, it was taking care of yourself and living in the moment.  This game is well thought out and fully worth the hours I spent playing it.
