Fun idea, but critical information was missing - I was taking damage, but had no healthbar, so I had no idea how much damage I could take.
I also didn't understand why sometimes I'd have 5 characters, and only roll 4 dice, or 5 characters and roll 6 dice - and not just an even number of dice to characters.
I didn't feel compelled to fight the end boss, wishing a story pulled me in more.
Neat concept prototype though!
