It gave me the chills. I honestly sensed a feeling of disgust when I had to take the sample manually, and relief when I came back to the operation rooms, like if I actually were surrounded by spiders.

But I didn't understand the full story, and I'm heavily invested on it, and would love to know more about the lore. I hope there is a follow up to this game expanding the story.
