Better run this in a sand box. After extracting the zip you end with a single exe. Upon opening you will see a power shell briefly flashing on the screen. On my machine this was accompanied by a few alerts on malware showing shortly after. While a coincidence can not be ruled out, I would rather be careful with that download.
