Loud and rude in the best way possible, VIBE CHECK is a role-playing game of people facing the end of their world, in a City that does not appear to exist in rational space-time.

The core action system is simplicity itself, while the layers of special power you gain add twists to your combat actions. This is a very combat-focused game! I like the emphasis on fashion: the way your character presents to others as being a major part of their powers. The designer brands and weird Tokens you wear in VC are sources of power (and can be generated on the fly with a massive loot table!). Because this is Lumen, there is a big element of customization (as though this were a Diablo/Destiny-style action+loot game).
