This game had me hooked from the first look. 

I'm a sucker for romance stories in general, but also completely hungry for good and healthy LGBTQ+ rep.  The first paragraphs of the summary were already enough to make me play the game, but the distinctive — "We each deserve love" — made me dive right in. 

The visuals are impeccable. The design is gorgeous. If the graphic elements were made by hand, I'm even more amazed at how beautifully crafted each page was. 

Building a character from pre-generated attributes usually feels lacking, but Midnight's Kiss hits different. From the graphic design to the writing, it is phenomenal and draws you closer with each phrase. 

When you get to the diary entries, you're completely enchanted. The previous pages are so inspiring that you feel passionate enough to answer all of those questions and begin your lovestory. The whole atmosphere is fuel for the imagination. 

This story is perfect in its premise and I'm deeply in love with it. It even left me inspired to write more. I'm so glad the author could put this out and glad I bought the bundle, because otherwise, I wouldn't know about it.

My number one complaint might sound a bit dumb to you, but I decided to include this in my review: the apperance chart is so well written that it made me wish to have a whole vampire harem at once. You've written such compelling and intriguing appearances in short sentences that I had a hard time choosing one. 

And since the story's premise was clearly of a 1 on 1 relationship for the MC, this isn't a complaint that affects my rating. If you wish to, consider this a suggestion for future games or DLCs (if DLCs even exist for this sort of game... I hope they do).

Another thing I suggest is including a soundtrack in the future, even if it affects the final price. If you don't have the resources for original music, consider including a link to a playlist or something like that. Personally, I chose to listen to She Wants Revenge - Tear You Apart on a low volume while writing down each entry.

In the corner of my mind, there's a possibility that I'll write something about this romantic and imaginative setting in the future. Thank you for your hard work.
