I haven't had a chance to look over the entire document in detail, but at a glance it has a lot of new and fun things to introduce to your players and just ruin their lives. In the vein of the core book, there's a courtesy dungeon at the back of the book. The only real divergence from the regular MORK BORG experience is that the text isn't all over the place with impossible fonts, but I consider a net positive for quick reference. Over all it's a really cool supplement for bug lovers and bug haters alike
