I'm gonna be honest, I was really excited when I heard that there was a new update for this game, because I absolutely loved the previous version!  However, I was kinda disappointed with a lot of the changes that have been made to the game. For starters, a lot of the jokes and cute little design aspects that made the game for me have been taken out. (such as the old loading screen) Also, the camera angle is kinda ugly. It's harder to navigate now. It looked a lot better as a top-down RPG style.  Another problem I've had is that the Cinnabay and Biggie Cheesecake fight is now way too hard for a first fight! the only way you could beat it is if you've played the previous version recently, and were decently skilled at it because it is just way too fast with too many button combos for what is supposed to be the first fight you play. some of the design changes are an improvement, (smoother character sprites and whatnot,) but there are a lot of things that could have been left the way they were. (also I am so sad that Melodii no longer says the little phrases after your score is revealed with as much excitement as they did before. I also kind of prefer the old character voices, I liked when they sounded all synthetic.)

Criticism aside, there were a couple of bugs I noticed while playing. in the Cinnabay and Biggie Cheesecake fight, there are a couple of lines where Melodii is supposed to repeat the bar, but I think they glitch out and don't say the correct thing, or really say anything at all, even if your button presses are perfect. you don't lose score or anything for this, but it keeps throwing me off.
