I downloaded this game searching for feel-good transfem games, and when the gore warnings came up I disregarded them as "oh maybe this game will talk about suicide or queerphobic parents", so when Fio died i was surprised- but in a good way! Because i really liked DDLC but i got into it after knowing it was a horror, and while this is not cut from the exact same cloth it gave me that shock that i didn't quite get from DDLC.

As a horror game this is really good! The shocks are really well handled, the use of drawings is really well done - the moment that the fucking anime opening started i knew that this was something else! Also, the way you made us invest in Fio and Crow really strengthened the horror aspect! It's something that not enough horror games do, I feel.

Anyway i only got the "escaping together" ending, so i guess i have lots more to experience! I also got the toilet achievement without knowing there was going to be one lmao.
