Group indie game - Dev log Week 10

Hi everyone! Welcome to week 10 of our indie game "Seams" There is only 1 week left now before the deadline and the entire team is hopeful that we can make it in time, All of the art and design for the game is now finished and all that's left to do is finish programming it as well as a few sound effects and tracks of music that need to be complete. Sadly I wasn't able to attend the group meeting this week due to me being sick but I still gathered all the necessary Scrum data that I needed and competed the scrum sheet, each week I'm getting it done quicker so that's a positive!

This week I wanted to talk about the agile work frame and some of my gripes with it, I feel like this method would work with a project that has a longer development cycle, with only 12 weeks each employee is encouraged to work on something new each week which leads to people overworking themselves because they needed to get something done by the end of the week. Something that is visible in the scrum documents is that during the last few weeks people tend to work on the same thing over multiple agile cycles because of how burnt out they are because of the first few weeks. To solve this i think the cycles should be closer to 2 weeks long which gives the developers more time to work on things, This especially applies well to our group since each person has another project aside form the game that needs to be finished before a deadline.

That's all I've wanted to say for now, See you next week!
