Group indie game - Dev log Week 2

Hello! This is my second dev log for our group indie game (which still hasn't got a concrete name) and in this log I will be going through what I've done for the past week. This blog post will probably be shorter than all my other ones since I wasn't actually able to attend my cohort session because of train strikes, that means I wasn't able to communicate with my team members in person and instead I had to do all my work online.

The first thing I did since last weeks cohort session was overlook the production of music, I was sent the track for the first level and my job was to make sure it fit the game setting and the level it was supposed to be in, at first the music was a bit too intense for the first level of the game but after some fine tuning by the music department it ended up exactly as I wanted it to.

Since my job was to create scrum documents for the game project I carried on with that, first I made some small improvements to the week 1 scrum document (adding more detail, correcting some things) then I created an template that's specific to our game team so that it would be easier to create future documents. On Friday I got all the team members to message me what they've done for the past week and what they were planning to do for the next week and once I got all the information I started on the week 2 scrum document, after reviewing all the work that has been done I suspect that by next week we will have a working UI and inventory system.

The last thing I did this week was create a GitHub account so that all the members are able to see the current version of the game and submit their own assets.

This was everything for this blog post, see you next week!
